This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and the bar area. On my first visit, the staff even helped with currency exchange! The warm hospitality keeps me coming back for Christmas.

The pool area was actually nice and clean like I could relax there even though it was crowded with kids yelling and splashing everywhere and the staff at the reception were friendly enough to help when I checked in which was a small relief

It was kind of pricey for what you get but I guess you pay for the location

We had a great time staying at Americas Best Value Inn Chippewa Falls! The room was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and a nice seating area for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Breakfast options could be improved.

One highlight was the clean and quiet rooms, which provided our family some much-needed rest after busy days. The kids loved that they could spread out and relax after all the adventures we had during our stay.

Clean room, but management issues need addressing

The stay was decent enough, and my room was clean. However, the hotel seemed poorly managed, as there were many guests complaining about the service and conditions during my visit. It's clear that the management needs to step up to enhance the overall experience here.

The food was great, especially the Bridgewater Burger! The pool was unfortunately closed, and the carpet felt sticky. Would not stay again.
